I finished Rogue! Now i need to find someone with a camera...
This sweater took me a long time. I learned a lot, but I'm glad to be done. The finishing was a real pain in the ass. I think I'm going for sweaters with minimal finishing next time. I like it, but I'm not sure if I would make it again. If I do, I'll go smaller, use a different yarn and a smaller needle size in order to make a tighter knit.
Pics will come as soon as I can.
Félicitations, homie! I know that thing took forever to finish...must be something of a relief. :]
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Can't wait to see it, and I'd be glad to help out with my camera - just tell me when :-)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on finishing! I remember when you started that sweater. I’m really looking forward to seeing pictures of it. I still haven’t finished my Ribby, but I made some significant progress on it in the last couple weeks. I’m a little wary of how all the parts will fit together…
ReplyDeleteOn the whole I like it. It doesn't fit as well as I would like it to - the bottom hem bells out a bit too much IMO, but I'm really happy to have finished my first hard knitted item.
ReplyDeleteI'm working on a Nautie, have yarn coming for Cherie Amour, downloaded knit and tonics yogini, and want to knit Central Park Hoodie in a red yarn... So much knitting!
