When you make an apt with a student who *has* to meet with you b/c the midterm is coming up and they're really nervous and you hike across campus and wait for 45 for them to not show up.
I'm over it now but I was annoyed today. I might not have been so annoyed if 1) our campus was a wee bit smaller and 2) I didn't have better things to do (like my own work).
And the kid may not know it, but they just screwed themselves pretty good in the process....you do NOT want your TA annoyed with you.
