I've been 27 for a week - ack. Actually, it's not too bad. For the first time I'm getting freaked out with the, college took four years and four years from now I'll be 31 and may be starting a family, but otherwise I'm doing ok.
Luke and I went on an incredible 5.5 hour hike through Wilder Ranch and down to the beach. We saw a ton of wild life and managed to avoid the poison oak. I've never been on a hike that long and discovered some of the shortcomings of my shoes in that time. It was awesome and I'll post pics once Prabath posts his.
Classes officially start tomorrow, fortunately I don't have anything until Friday. The new history cohort seems to be a really nice, motivated, and outgoing group. I'm looking forward to spending more time with them.
I'm working on putting together a website for the Jewish History class I will TA this quarter. So far it looks good and I've impressed my prof, so what more could I ask for ?
I think this year will be a good year. A challenging year but a good one.
