L's parents are visiting and we are having a lovely time exploring Tucson. Last night was my first attempt at NM red chile and NM enchiladas. It was a valiant 1st attempt and I can't wait to make this part of my 2011 cooking challenge. Also on that list- Italian breads made with a biga.
