Goats

California falls are usually warm, but this week we've had summer-like conditions. Over the weekend L and I traveled 30 miles up the coast to the Harley Goat Cheese Farm in Pescadero. They have tours where for $20 you get to meet and milk the goats. We opted for the cheese tasting and buying. You can tell I grew up in suburbia/urban areas because I get giddy around farm animals. If you are ever up in this area, I highly recommend stopping by downtown Pescadero for a loaf of unbeatable artichoke bread, stop by Harley for some goat cheese, and enjoy a wonderful artisan meal.
